Chinese NIFDC calls for comment on DPRA and STE for safety assessment of cosmetic ingredients

On Feb 5th 2018 , the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) of the Chinese FDA (CFDA) released a bulletin  calling for comments on two alternatives methods for safety assessment of cosmetic ingredients: the in chemico Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay for skin sensitization (OECD TG 442C)  and the in vitro Short-Term Exposure test for eye irritation (OECD TG 491) . The comments and suggestions are welcome to hzpbwh@nifdc.org.cn by Feb 15th, 2018.
